活动背景介绍：
随着各学科的内容有效的与主题活动相融合，如何将我们的英语活动与主题活动相融合也成为我们思考的问题，在主题背景下的英语活动并不单是简单的硬套，而是将英语活动去推动主题的发展，发挥英语学科在主题中的价值。本次英语活动正是本阶段我们的大主题“中国人”背景下的活动。在主题开展过程中，从“了不起的中国人”到“北京天安门”——“旅行去”，幼儿对中国的卓越之处及中国的民族文化有了一定的了解，在旅行途中幼儿了解到了中国的地大物博，同时对各地的美食文化也有了初步的感知，因此，本次活动我们以川菜和本帮菜为切入口，向孩子展示我们中国的美食文化。活动中，我们选择了这两种菜的特色口味“辣”和“甜”，用英语活动的形式进行，让幼儿结合主题经验与生活经验进行大胆表述，从而激发幼儿继续去探索我们中国的菜肴。为自己民族的多元文化而感到骄傲。
英语是交流的工具，只有在与人的交际中才能发挥它的价值，幼儿的学习才有意义。因此，今天借助与我们许多老师的到来而为我们孩子提供的交际环境，让孩子试图用积累的英语大胆的与客人老师及同伴进行互动，使孩子感知英语的交际功能。
英语活动：bitter (辣) sweet（甜）
活动目标：1、在品尝活动中理解单词bitter 、sweet，并尝试运用。
2、初步了解川菜和本帮菜的特点，感受中国的美食文化。
活动准备：川菜、本帮菜各一；幼儿用的盘子、筷子若干。
活动过程：
一、 幼儿与客人老师用英语歌曲《good morning》 问好
今天来了那么多客人老师，让我们用好听的歌曲跟他们打招呼，好吗？
二、 在中国有许多好吃的食物，你们吃过什么？你最喜欢吃什么？(In China， there are many
good food， which do you like？)
幼儿复习句型：I like……
三、 introduce the fool.
（一）、介绍川菜
1、Today， we are going to taste some food. Everyone， go to the table and have the food please.
How do you feel？ (新授单词：bitter)

此时教师突然作出表示该天气的动作，接着走向一个孩子面前向她问候“goodmorning”并引导他和教师作相同动作表示该天气。
接着教师扮演天气走向每一个幼儿和幼儿打招呼。鼓励幼儿表达。
互动技巧：1教师要注意表示不同天气声音大小的变化
2教师一定需说明为什么选定第一个幼儿和他作互动的原因（比如：因为他跟着老师一起和天气打招呼），既能引起全体幼儿的注意，又可增强该游戏的参与性。
