首先老师必须帮助学生确立这样的观点：英语是主课，不是豆芽课。在小学阶段，不论是老师，学生，还是家长，可能都看重语文，数学的学习。在小学的英语教学中，老师主要是以游戏为主，关键是学校和教育部门对英语的评估不如语文数学那样重视。所以学生普遍认为语文，数学很重要，英语是豆芽课，学英语就跟玩似的。到了中学，仍然主攻语数、理化，依然把英语当副科。一个学生亲口跟我说：我一直都以为初中英语跟小学一样，是豆芽课。我心痛不已。在入学之初，班主任和英语老师都应反复强调英语这一学科的重要性，让学生引起重视，才能为以后认真学习作好心理准备。

其次要纠正的一个观点是英语无用的观点。我们的老一辈是喊着：“学好数理化，走遍天下都不怕”;“我是中国人，不必学外文”的口号完成学业的。时至二十一世纪，虽然中国已改革开放多年，学英语之风已吹遍大江南北，但在我们这样的小地方，那些口号遗留下来的观点仍然存在。学生们仍然死抱数理化，对英语极其忽略。因为他们认为自己将来用不上英语的，既进不了外企，又成不了CEO，就更别说出国了。所以英语在毕业之后是基本无用的。殊不知，正是这一观点制约了他们的发展，如果他们学好了英语，其余各科也很优秀的话，他们是可以很好发展的，他们一定能走出小城，走向外面的大世界，实现他们更高的社会价值。所以老师应该讲道理，摆事实让学生明白学好英语的重要性。

很多初一新生按字母顺序背单词，有些老师也确实这么教的，比如自行车，bike,老师就领着学生念：B-I-K-E，bike。学生自然就学会了这样背单词，即使后来老师介绍了更科学的方法，学生却难改已经养成的习惯，这种方法就一直用到初三，乃至更高的年级。

初一单词量不算很多，本身课程比较轻松，有足够的时间，还能应付。到了高年级，单词量增加，课业加重。学生再也顾不上单词了，即使花了很多时间，单词还是记不住，这就影响了听说，阅读。成绩下降，兴趣降低，学习跟不上了，最终只好放弃学习英语。

老师应在学生开始学英语时就教学生科学背单词的方法，避免学生走弯路。我在了解了马承老师字母，音素，音标的三位一体教学法后，就教学生根据音标背单词。当对字母，音标熟悉到一定程度，只要会说那个单词，就基本上会拼写这个单词。看着生词也能准确的读出来，学生不必花大量时间在单词上。

老师还可以利用学生小学语文课上学的拼音，把汉语拼音和字母，音标建立适当的联系，有利于学生快速记住英语音标的读法和写法，能更快入门。

另外，有些学生一背单词，就翻到书后面的单词表，逐个记忆。其实这种单纯记忆单词是很容易遗忘的。我们老师应该引导学生多读课文，在课文中背单词。这样记下来的单词才能活用，也有利于培养学生的语感。

任何一个民族都有其独特的文化和思维方式以及语言的构成方式。西方人的思维、习惯是有别于咱们中国人的，英语语言也是有别于汉语的。英语老师都明白这一点。但老师却没重视这种差异给学生学习带来的困惑。没有及时告诉学生这些差异，这就容易导致学生用中国人的思维方式去理解英语中的一些现象，而且百思不得其解。

我认为初一新生一入学就该明白这一点，学会接纳认同其他民族的文化，了解他们的思维方式，树立文化差异意识，避免用汉语套英语，用汉语的顺序说英语句子，用中国人的习惯去衡量西方人，造成很多考试中的失误和面对西方人时的尴尬。

因此，英语老师在教学中要注意文化的问题，在语言中教文化，在文化中教语言，使二者互相促进。文化的学习既是外语学习的目的，也是外语学习的手段。如果英语教学一旦提升到文化的高度，就会富有情趣。比如：西方人不喜欢“13”这个数字;在中国人眼里，红色是喜庆的，而在西方人眼里则是危险的标志。比如东西方人对赞美的回答，比如中国人和英国人在闲聊方面的话题选择等等都与文化有关。

很多学生进校时精力充沛，兴趣浓厚，读英语很卖力，日子一长，兴趣没了，声音小了，到了二，三年级，就成默读了。有老师抱怨：早读课比晚自习还安静!

习惯成自然。老师让学生一开始就养成大声阅读的习惯，并随时观察，发现学生有读不出的时候要想办法。我曾在班上给学生讲李阳老师拿着喇叭带领一群人在长城上喊英语的故事，我也带领学生在早上喊读英语，经过几次练习，也颇有成效。

同时我在课堂上也要求学生大声说英语。一个有趣的活动是让教室里相隔甚远的两个同学随意问答，这也可以改变学生因害羞，害怕而不大声说英语的状况。

还有就是避免学文盲英语，有的小孩子读书，嘴里喊得响亮，眼睛没看到书上，即使知道怎么说，却写不出来，或者写别字，这种学法是必须要纠正的。

小学老师总告诉孩子们，把这记在这里，把那记在那里。中学老师不会这样告诉学生，这就要学生知道怎样做笔记。而且英语知识点相对零散，课堂上很容易理解和记住，却由于不是系统的，所以极容易遗忘，学生必须时时记笔记，经常复习。有些学生开始没养成记笔记的习惯，后来明明知道那是该写的东西，却懒得动手。考试时到处找别人的笔记来背，其效果当然不理想。

所以学英语之初，就要学生准备笔记本，要求他们作笔记，老师还可以不定期检查，以督促学生记笔记。

在初学英语时，老师应指导学生怎么做笔记并形成习惯，比如：课文里的'短语，重要句子，就直接在短语，句子下划线。一些词，句的转换，就直接把替代的词句写在该词句旁边，这样可以在课堂上节约时间。而一些词语辨析，重点句型及例句，大块的语法，比如时态等就得写在笔记本上，省得在书上见缝插针，复习时不好找。另外，学生应在笔记本上写明单元，课题等，以方便查找。

学生要有一套自己的做笔记的符号，老师也可以介绍一些。比如：短语就划直横线，重点句型划波浪线，重点介词，连词等就把该词划圈。这样学生在读课文时就可以重点注意这些有符号的词句，在读书的同时，也可以把这些知识点顺便过一遍，比单独复习省时省力多了。

我有一个学生，她的笔记本上每页都在右边留三分之一或四分之一的空白，每次大考小考复习相关单元时，老师补充的东西就记在这些空白处，真是聪明之至!

六、注重听说读写四项基本技能，培养英语思维习惯英语作文怎样学好汉语

英语不仅是一个学科，更重要的是它是一门语言，是人们借以交流的工具，会听，会说，会读，会写才算掌握了英语。因此老师首先要培养学生听说读写的意识和技能，让学生意识到光靠做题是学不好英语的。通过做题可以得高分，但最终将影响英语能力的提高。

课堂上，老师首先教会学生基本的课堂用语，问候语。课后老师可以主动用简单的英语和学生打招呼。老师把目标语言呈现后要少讲解，多操练。操练的方式也是多种多样的，可以两人对话，可以小组对话，还可以实行男女生之间的对话。老师可以自己编一些简单有趣的句子写在黑板上，让学生读。也可以设置情景，让学生编对话。这些活动不仅可以提高学生听说读写的能力，也能提高学生学习兴趣。

老师一开始教新生时就要避免学生“心译”。初一课本上的单词多半是实物和表示实际动作行为的词，老师教单词时最好出示实物或用简笔画，不用或少用汉字，并且应要求学生学记单词时头脑中出现实物本身的形状，而不是汉字。这样才有利于培养学生的英语思维。

除了这三点，还有三个“必须”。

英语英文检讨书 篇8

1.不要选择专业术语、专有名词较多的材料。

专业术语之类难词、生僻词对于绝大部分同学来说不需要掌握，因此练习时可以忽略掉。而如果选择的材料中这类词汇较多的话，无疑给自己设置了很多不必要的“拦路虎”，会影响练习的流畅性，应予以避免。

2.注意语段材料的时效性，时效性越强越值得练习。

不宜听写已经过时的英语语汇内容。如一些出自名家之手的英语美文，文采固然是好，但可能是百多年前创作的作品，其中一些用词，可能现代英语中已经不用了，或者用词比较艰深晦涩，这种材料就只适合单纯欣赏，和同学平时的英语使用情况相去甚远，对大家所面临的考试更是没有针对性，不适合用来练习听写。

3.基础不佳者不宜用影视剧对白练习听写。

这类材料可能含有过多口头语或俗语，且语速非常之快，对于英语程度不扎实，听写能力有待提高的同学来说很难听懂，更别提听写了。对于面向四六级的大部分同学而言，影视剧作品是可以作为听力和口语的练习素材的，但前提是，不要直接听写，应先结合中文字幕把大意听懂，然后作为泛听材料，单纯地通过听练习一下语感，使自己在听觉上习惯地道的英语语音语调，并起到口语纠音的作用，同时听加深记忆，学习一些剧中的口语表达。

4.刚开始练习时，材料篇幅不宜过长。

篇幅过长容易导致过度疲劳，会使练习者丧失兴趣。可先从简单、短小的材料练起，循序渐进，不断体会自己的进步和成就感，这样比较合适。随着练习的深化，可慢慢地逐步接触长篇材料。

5.不推荐听收音机节目来做听写练习。

这是因为收音机里的内容不可重复，万一第一遍没有听懂，则无法反复听，做循环练习。而且，收音机里的英语内容没有录音文稿，也就意味着听完没法对答案，这对实际提高能力帮助甚微。建议使用磁带或MP3材料，这样可以根据各人需要反复聆听，且所选材料一定要配备录音文稿。

“读”是外语学习中获得信息的一种手段，也是外语学习者必须掌握的基本 技能，因此在各类考试中阅读 题必不可少。这种阅读是在有限的时间内进行的， 这就要求阅读者必须具有一定的速度和准确性。要想达到这 个标准必须改正不 良的阅读方法和习惯，提高阅读效率。

影响阅读速度的最大障碍莫过于生词了。若把阅读过程比作一条奔流的小 溪，那么生词便是顽石、沟坎， 使溪流不断回漩激起浪花;冲过去便渐入佳境， 冲不过去便成为一潭死水。

跨越生词障碍可以通过猜测词义来解决。猜测词义的方法有很多，比如根据 语境、定义标记词(means,re fer to,…)、重复标记词(in other words,thatis to say,…)、列举标记词(for example,such as,…) 以及同位语、同义词、反义词或常识等。

有时很难猜出一个词的真正意义，这时只要我们能看出它的词性、在句中的 作用，不影响阅读就足够了。 例如：

生词问题解决了，就为以后的阅读铺平了道路，但还存在一个阅读习惯和技 巧问题。造成阅读速度慢的另 一原因就是逐词阅读。

常见有人阅读时总是一个词一个词地读，且常伴有一些习惯动作：用手指、摆头等，这些都是速读的障碍 。成组视读是一种科学的阅读方法。它首先要求 把所读的句子尽可能分成意义较完整的组群，目光要尽可能少 地停顿。试比较： (1)DO/you/read/word/by/word?(目光停顿6次)

(2)Can you read/phrase by phrase?(目光停2次)

其次，读的时候不要把目光停在第一个词上，而应停在第二个词上;用两眼 余光看这个词两侧的词。眼睛 不要盯在字行上，要高一些，这些映入眼帘的便 是词组而不是单个的词。

第三，读的时候要少眨眼、不摆头，只要眼球来回转动就可以了。保持坐姿 端正，书本应放到眼睛正前方 ，眼睛与书本距离大约一尺为宜。这样才能保证 同一适当距离、同一视角范围内尽可能多地摄入文字信息。如 图：

第四，成组视读的关键在于它既不是默读(心读)更不是朗读，而是通过目 光在外语与大脑之间建立直接 的联系，即外语思维。这是一个简捷快速的过程， 非经过大量阅读训练的妙手岂能偶而得之?试比较以下两种 阅读过程：

熟练的阅读者在阅读过程中能根据自己阅读目的、读物内容和文体调整阅读 速度，并利用头脑中已有的相 关知识，借助尽可能少的文字信息进行选择、推 测和推理，必要时还可跳出读物客观地判断作者意图。这便是 跳读和略读。跳 读和略读的关键是要抓住文章的开头和结尾以及各段的关键词和主题句。主题句 可能在各段开 头也可能出现在结尾。

这是一次非常深入的检查，我对于我这次犯的错误感到很惭愧，我真的不应该不重视教师说的话，我不应该违犯教师的话，我们作为学生就应该完全的听从教师的话，而我这次没有很好的重视到教师讲的话。我感到很抱歉，我希望教师可以原谅我的错误，我这次的悔过真的很深入。

不过，人总是会犯错误的，当然我知道也不能以此作为借口，我们还是要尽量的防止这样的错误发生，希望教师可以相信我的悔过之心。“人有失手，马有失蹄”。我的不良行为不是向教师的纪律进展挑战。绝对是失误，教师说的话很正确，就是想要犯错误也不应该再您的面前犯错误，我感到真的是很惭愧，怎么可以这么的。

相信教师看到我的这个态度也可以知道我对这次的事件有很深入的悔过态度，我这样如此的重视这次的事件，希望教师可以原谅我的错误，我可以向教师保证今后一定不会在出现这样的事情。

这几天我真的是很深入的认识到了我的错误，知道了教师说的话不可以装做没有听见，教师说的.话就要听从，教师说的话也绝对会实现她的诺言，教师所要管的一定是为了我们学生好，所以我们不用挑战教师的纪律，我们还是学生，没有才能对教师说出来的话产生不听从的想法，我们学生唯一可以做的事情就是好好的听从教师的话，好好的学习好，让教师可以放心，让教师可以信任。

这次的事件我真的感到抱歉，希望教师可以原谅我，可以认可我认错的态度，我真的已经深入的反省到我的错误了，希望教师再给我知错就改的时机。也希望同学也要引以为戒，不要犯和我一样愚蠢的错误了，这次的教训真的很大很大。

尊敬的教师您好！在此我怀着万分沉重的心情向你做出深入的检讨。以前的检讨，班里的教师批评我不够深入，没有触及灵魂深处。为此，我首先重新学习了《学生守那么》，一条条地对照检查，我严重违背了很多条，真是晚节不保。我早就有了深切感悟，痛定思痛过后我决定洗心革面，立志从新做人。

通过这几教训我明白了不管有任何理由，逃课是错的。

尊敬的领导：

我认为我作为一个管理者最重要的是永远相信下面的人比我强，今天我的工作调整就是发现他们的长处。我觉得我可以任何东西都不懂，不需要懂得销售、不需要懂得编程。我所要做的，就是把这些人粘在一起，让他们每个都有发挥的空间，让他们每个人都突出自己的优势。讲话吹牛他们吹不过我，但是他们干活要干得比我好，我就可以吹得更好，讲得更好!

每个人都是有潜力的，我应该尽可能的发现与鼓励他们，如果后面有只老虎在追你，你一百米跑出来的速度，可能自己都想像不到。年轻人只要发现自己的潜力，充分地发挥出来，就是很有收获的。

从培训说起，培训不单纯是由经理来负责讲解的，培训应该由经理进行分配，由底下员工互动完成就可以。这样既可以锻炼到每个员工的积极性与主动性，而且也可以提升与发挥出该员工饿潜在优势。

招有天赋的人

企业要发展选人很关键，部门也一样，一次选人的失败可能决定了业绩的60%，我选人需要找有天赋的销售人员，一个职业经理人如果需要对自己的团队负责，让团队发展起来首先先设定自己选人的标准，我对这个也是有非常深刻的理解，麦克乔丹是打篮球的明星，他不用人督促都可以自觉的去打篮球。刘翔长1.83米他就是为了出现在110米跨栏的冠军台上的。千里马是不需要督促太多的，因为他们天生就会有这样的行为，所以我要从选人上调整自己的思路，找到有用的人。

小用凭智、大用靠德

是领导的在工作期间就应该是领导，无论是从称呼和尊重程度上来说所有的员工都应该敬佩与顺从。蒙牛老总，牛根生说过：小用凭智、大用靠德。有德有才，破格重用;有德无才、培养使用;有才无德，限制使用;无才无德，坚决不用;用心做事，诚信做人。

看不到希望的时候就要不断学习

作为一个团队管理者，学习是非常重要的，如果一个人不学习就不可能进步。员工也一样，我们现在手头上拿有两份存折一份是现在公司给的金钱，一份是自身的能力存折。也就是所谓的你九年内什么钱都赚不到，但是你第十年就可以把你前边九年的钱一次性赚完。这个年头是学习的年代，大家都是知识份子，谁不学习，谁就容易被淘汰。
