从3月初开始找实习，不知不觉已经过去了一个月，投了有30—40个邮件，至今为止，共接到5个面试通知，鄙视了2个，去了3个，而昨天一天就面了2个。

我第一个面试的是标准普尔的英语翻译。那时候真叫一个糗。首先是简历很不professional。某只小牛随意扫了一两眼，指出了十多个问题（格式没对齐，内容太少，竟然还有语法问题，汗一个，后来改了一两天，终于有了一份可以见人的简历了，那是后话。）当时我就凭着这个有语法问题的简历，竟然也忽悠着到标普去面试了。于是，第一次跑到国贸那边经历我人生的第一次实习面试。那天时运不济，头天借的电子词典晚上还有电，第二天竟然就没了，晕死。没办法，我只好硬着头皮瞎翻了。内容倒不是很难，不过就是时间有点紧。一小时后HR收集试卷进行一对一的面试，我是倒数第2个，7—8个人的小屋子里，可以听到前面同学的情况和问题。问题都比较类似，首先英语自我介绍，然后针对简历问实习的情况，对金融领域的一些提问。来面试的基本是北大和清华的，不少人都实习过，还有个MM在JPMorgan实习过。当时很是自卑呀，都没有实习过。面我的时候，由于当时简历比较空，HR就问我对金融领域有那些了解。我就从金融危机讲起，说比较关注银行信用风险管理的问题，然后HR就问我是否清楚银行信用风险管理的流程。我就答不出来了。唉，真傻，自己设了个圈套跳了进去。后来估计HR也饿了，也没怎么问我，说等通知。于是3天后，接到了标普的`拒信，意料之中。

一面总结：

1、既然是面试英语翻译的，其实可以在发简历的时候附上以前的作品，这样比较有说服力。

2、收集自己以前相关的经历，后来发现当时可以说自己上学期做的金融工程案例，怎么当时没有想到呢，唉，鄙视自己。

3、面试要做有针对性的准备，像我说自己感兴趣的信用风险管理，那么，这方面的内容一定要比较熟悉，不然，那就是自掘坟墓了。

接着说说我昨天的传奇经历。

上午跑到三元桥那里面试了个小公司—北京中企税务助理。由于通知安排每个面试者15分钟的时间段，所以我到的时候，只有一个人在那里等面试，小聊了一会儿，是北大经院的研一。后来进去面试，一个小房间，面我的是个中年男子，姓苏。这个面试比较神奇的一点是，基本没有问我什么专业知识问题（是不是他也觉得很多学的东西也没什么用呢）。他首先是确定我一周能来几天，接着简要介绍了下公司的情况，然后问我有什么问题。那我当然不能说没有问题了，就问了下这里的工作环境，他把主要的工作任务和我说了一下。主要是负责沟通和协调和税务部门，业务企业之间的事务，帮助会计处理账务的调整，核销等工作。最后他还把在这里工作的两条好处说了一下，一是能正真接触一些公司的会计数据，二是能完整的进入公司一个月的会计处理流程。后来又还问我有什么问题，我当时可想问每天的工资是多少了，最后忍住了。Anyway，面试到此结束，3日内电话答复。

就在我面完快回到学校的时候，西门子打电话让我下午4点去面试，记下地址一查，望京竟然还是在三元门附近。郁闷呀，一天竟然要跑两趟三元门。说起西门子，还得从3天前的电话面试说起。下午有个座机打过来，当时正在上课，忍住没接。一小时内，又打了一次，我只好接了，告诉对方正在上课，课后打回去。西门子的HR首先问了我实习的时间能持续多久，并告诉我这里工作很辛苦，要经常加班，我只好说正想通过实习锻炼自己，学习一些东西。后来她看我英语过了专八，说我英语应该很好，然后就开始用英语问我两个问题，一是问我个人的性格如何，二是问我如何理解teamwork。我blahblahbalh说了一堆，好久没机会说英语了，有些结巴，唉，真是对不起我的专八证了。看来以后真的要低调点了。说完后，HR让我等通知，她觉的合适了会找我面试。

于是回到学校不到1个小时，我收拾了一下，又出去了，去几乎是同一个地方。

西门子的大楼还是挺高的，进去还很是费事的，先告知门卫你来做什么，然后由门卫带你到大厅登记，发了个卡片给我，等了一会，有个MM领我上电梯，带我到一个小房间，并给我倒了杯水。随后来了2个MM，ok，面试开始。

我自带了一份简历过来，后来发现面我的MM人手一份，恩，不错，省下我4毛钱。这次面试，倒没有让我做自我介绍。开始问了我实习的时间，后来开始问我简历上的社会实践。其实都不算什么社会实践啦，就是上学期做的一个金融工程的案例报告和一个小的网上银行项目。不过，anyway，不能把0说成1，把1说成10是很有必要的，我就把我这些报告和项目的主要内容和她们说了一下，随后她们问我团队成员多少人，怎么分工的，有什么收获，遇到了什么困难，这些毕竟是自己做过的工作，大概说了一下。后来又问我这学期要不要帮老师做什么项目，我说上学期已经做得差不多了，这学期应该没有太多要做的。可能是觉得我做的项目有些玄乎，那个比较漂亮的MM问我到底是学什么专业的，我把专业和银行系统构架的东西和她扯了一下。现在想想，自己对专业的理解也很是有些模糊，这个要好好加强一下，还好她们都不是很懂行的说。面到后面，针对我的个人技能，问我一天最多翻译了多少字，统计软件用得如何，比较扯的是，我把access听成excel了。还很不谦虚的说自己算比较会用的，面我的MM很不客气的问我，在一个100万的块状图里面，如何增加一根曲线（大意），这个我答不出来了。最后问我有什么问题，我问了和上午一样的问题，了解到这份工作的主要责任是数据收集和整理，协助月度报告，打打杂什么的。Anyway，面试结束，等通知。

根据场合和最终目的的不同，在这里，把自我介绍分成三种类型：

一是以求职为目的的自我介绍。这一类自我介绍主要应用于面试过程中，因为其目的是应聘某个职位，所以，自我介绍的信息除了个人的自然情况以外，通常还要涉及既往所取得的成绩、对目标岗位的认识、与目标岗位匹配的原因、特殊的才能或才艺等信息，但由于面试过程中的自我介绍环节往往只有2-5分钟，很难把这些信息详细地表述出来，所以，在这个过程中就要掌握一个技巧——悬念!制造悬念的方式包括：

1、突出数字。如做市场的求职者可以用几组数字的对比来描述过去的成绩，搞研发的人可以说出研发成果转化率以及所取得的市场收益，做宣传的可以说说品牌知晓度、影响力的变化情况，即便是在校大学生，也可以用数字说说兼职过程中的成绩。面试官会因此而觉得求职者言之有物，从而会从心理上首先接纳你，认为你确实有才能!

2、使用适当的副词或形容词。比如，“通过我和团队的努力，XX项目取得了突破性的进展”，“与以往的任何一次年会相比，都有很大差异”，等等，面试官往往会关注到“突破性”、“很大差异”这样的字眼，从而他们有兴趣再就这个问题深入地问你，要知道，虽然面试沟通的时间长短与最终的结果没有比如关系，但至少大部分情况下时间很短的面试基本上不会带来好结果的。

3、个人特点的总结与归纳。这个方法在应届大学生求职过程中用的比较多，所以，要想通过表述个人特点达到脱颖而出的目的，还是有一定难度的，因为普遍来看，相当大的一部分求职者所使用的个人特点的词汇比较接近，而且，其中的大部分没有实际的实例作为佐证，所以，除非你的个人特点真的很特别，而且有实际事例，否则，尽量不要采取这一方式。

二是以推销为目的的自我介绍。与求职为目的的对个人的推销不同，这里说的'主要是对具体产品或服务的推销，基于这一目的的自我介绍，关键是要从客户的兴奋点出发，抓住对方的需求甚至是潜在需求，引导对方说出他们对产品或服务的预期(包括功能、便捷性、后续服务、性价比等等)，逐步地引出公司的产品或服务，分析其优势，甚至可以与同类竞争性产品做简单比较。当然，这些应该是事前已经做过邮件或电话沟通的前提下，如果是纯粹的第一次陌生拜访，基本上只能重点介绍一下公司了，不会涉及得过细，除非时间允许。

三是以便利日常工作为目的的自我介绍。工作内容，对方感兴趣的话题。这个主要涉及到的是日常工作中可能会有较多接触的部门或个人，第一次去办事时简单做自我介绍，主要是介绍个人所负责的工作情况，并诚恳地希望得到对方的指导和帮助，关键在于表达诚意，别让人觉得看到你这个人就立刻没兴趣了就可以了;在之后的接触中可以逐步聊一些其他的话题，甚至可以“捧”一下对方，赞扬它的工作态度什么的。

在校期间，学习成绩优秀，兼职，大一通过全国计算机等级考试（二级Java语言），大二通过大学英语四、六级考试，同年，获得全国大学生英语竞赛三等奖，大三，自学ACCA（英国特许公认会计师），现为第二阶段考生，大四，开始对金融投资很感兴趣，报名了6月的CFA（Chartered Financial Analyst）考试。

政治方面，本人为一名中共党员，在校期间一直担任班内团支书职务，负责召开班内团日活动和给入党同志出具团组织意见等工作，有很强的交流能力和组织协调能力；本人在校期间曾多次获得校内优秀团员称号，优秀班干部称号，三好学生称号。

社团活动方面，本人在学生会中担任过学习部副部长职务，曾经组织第X届英语口语大赛等活动，活动中体现了很好的领导能力和团队合作能力。
