The 15-Day Celebration of Chinese New Year
The first day of the Lunar New Year is "the welcoming of the gods of the heavens and earth."Many people abstain from meat on the first day of the new year because it is believed that this will ensure long and happy lives for them.
On the second day， the Chinese pray to their ancestors as well as to all the gods. They are extra kind to dogs and feed them well as it is believed that the second day is the birthday of all dogs.
The third and fourth days are for the sons-in-laws to pay respect to their parents-in-law.
The fifth day is called Po Woo. On that day people stay home to welcome the God of Wealth. No one visits families and friends on the fifth day because it will bring both parties bad luck.
On the sixth to the 10th day， the Chinese visit their relatives and friends freely. They also visit the temples to pray for good fortune and health.
The seventh day of the New Year is the day for farmers to display their produce. These farmers make a drink from seven types of vegetables to celebrate the occasion. The seventh day is also considered the birthday of human beings. Noodles are eaten to promote longevity and raw fish for success.
On the eighth day the Fujian people have another family reunion dinner， and at midnight they pray to Tian Gong， the God of Heaven.

下午，我怀着激动的心情来到了班门口，顿时就愣住了：几乎是全班的同学都围在墙边，你推我搡，却都没影响各自专注一心的态度。有的`望着灯谜仔细思考，有的和同学在一起探讨，有的同学踱步思考极为苦恼……在这热闹的场面里，我庆幸我带了相机，第一时间把这热闹的时刻记录了下来。不过我也在猜灯谜，首先我看见了李思卓的灯谜：“石头旁边有块皮(打一字)”，我马上想到，这绝对是拼字的一个灯谜。我首先想，石头就是“石”，那么就是“石”字旁边有一个“皮”字，绝对就是“破”字了。我一问李思卓，果然没错!还有一个是邓紫荆的灯谜：“所有的甲鱼穿金衣(打一电影名)”，我想到，这绝对是用意思理解的灯谜。“甲鱼穿金衣?”那就是金颜色的啊，所以我立即想到：满城尽带黄金甲，一问邓紫荆，果然又对了!
可是，快乐的时间总是过得很快，活动快结束了，同学们都兴高采烈地举着战利品回班了，每个人脸上都露出了满意的笑容。

我来到福星渔港，上了二楼大厅，小记者们都已经到齐了，过了一会，老师宣布活动开始了。首先，福星渔港的厨师长给我们介绍了福星渔港的两道招牌菜，一个是深井烤鸭，一个是糖醋鳜鱼。听完厨师长的介绍后，我们就开始制作元宵了。福星渔港的工作人员把材料和手套发上来的时候，一位家长来到我们桌边，教我们怎么做元宵，先拿点元宵面把压成饼状，在中心放一点豆沙，然后像包饺子一样把包起来，搓成圆球，可是我发现这种方法做容易露馅，之后厨师阿姨说拿些元宵面搓成圆球，在顶端捣一个小洞，在里面放一点豆沙，然后封口，我按照厨师阿姨说的做了，果然做出了一个不错的元宵，我正兴致勃勃做元宵时，主持人说：“大家去洗洗手，清理下桌子，我们一起吃点心吧！”我们洗好手清理好桌子后，厨师就把点心端上来了，分别是春卷和馒头蘸炼乳，我们狼吞虎咽的吃了起来，就像风卷残云，美味的点心就被一扫而光。
吃饱喝足后，就开始猜灯谜游戏了。游戏分三个阶段，分别是必答题、风险题和抢答题，答题从第一组开始，题目是一加一为什么不等于二，猜一个字，我想这也太简单了，笨蛋都知道呀！他们这10分必得，果然不出所料。之后经过激烈的比拼，我们获得了第二名的好成绩。

今天是正月十五元宵节，同学们一到学校就迫不及待地互相交流着自己准备过来的灯谜。今天下午，我们还将与一年级同学一起猜灯谜，吃汤圆呢！
毫不容易熬到了下午。同学们争先恐后地领走了“灯笼”。一只只灯笼如火般耀眼，我们小心翼翼地拉开灯笼，上面有个巨大的“福”字。
据说元宵节挂灯笼，也是有来历的。正月十五时，有一群害兽袭击人间，人们反抗时不慎射死了一只神鸟，天帝十分生气，下令火烧人间。善良的天帝的女儿不忍心看到人间灾难，便冒着危险告诉了人们。人们苦思冥想，就用挂红灯笼，放火炮，使天帝以为火已经烧了人间。为了纪念此日，人们到了每年的正月十五就挂灯笼，放鞭炮。

我的是“通天炮”，也是第一次放。我让大家闪开点，以防炸了人。这“通天炮”还真是名副其实，在地上炸一下，然后飞到天上再炸一响。满天五彩缤纷的火花，把我们欢乐的叫喊声也带上天空。大家一个劲地叫“爽”，兴奋得不知怎么是好。
最让我们欣赏的是放孔明灯。这是我们小伙伴共同的杰作。我们举行仪式，灯飞起来开始许愿，这是我们预演好的愿望词语：“我们是真正的铁哥们，我们有福同享有难同当。”仰望着孔明灯，我们进入了另一种境界。我们仿佛真得长大了，仿佛插上了翅膀，在深蓝色的夜空翱翔。
孔明灯飞远了，可我们的心更近了，大家唱着、跳着、笑着，划着滑板车，挥舞着光明棒，回家准备做一个甜蜜的梦。
