1.首先和大家交流一个问题：孩子上了高中以后，总有一部分家长很纳闷：我家的孩子在小学能考到八九十分，初中也能考到七八十分，为什么到了高中，成绩不令人满意，甚至有些失望呢?

这个问题的答案首先与各个学习阶段的特点有关：小学阶段以赏识教育为主，要在很小的时候培养学生的自信心，试卷内容大多与课本有关，因此考试分数自然会很高。初中则是以普及教育为主，考试会照顾到大部分学生，因此分数也较高。但是，高中教育，特别是在以高考为最终目标的大背景下，就是以选拔为目的了，所以，考试难度与深度会有很大的提升，得分率自然就会下降，孩子们的考试分数自然会低一些。所以拿初中甚至小学的分数来衡量孩子们高中的学习，是不科学的。

其次，与学生自身的学习方式和学习习惯有关：高中阶段学习科目多而且难，要求学生必须学会自主学习(自觉主动地去学习)，即变“要我学”为“我要学”，再也不能像初中甚至小学那样靠老师和家长盯着学，那样成绩自然会下降。

2.第二个问题，为什么同一个班级的孩子三年后成绩差别那么大?成绩进步大的一定是那些学习习惯和个性好的孩子。孩子为什么会这样，其实因素很多，这不仅仅与学习基础有关，最主要的是与孩子的心态、学习方式及学习习惯密切相关。学生的学习方式及习惯是极其重要的，直接影响和决定学生的成绩。不要到高三时才感慨，现在我们不是不想学，而是在高一、高二时没有养成良好的学习习惯，没能改变自己的学习方式以适应高中的学习，现在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，现在必须努力学习。

在此，我希望家长们要时时关注孩子的学习习惯和个性，也就是情商问题。大量的实例证明了一个人的成功主要取决于情商，其次才是智商，两者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英语学科举足轻重，就必须爱英语，以十足的干劲学好英语。

3.第二个问题，请家长们正确看待孩子在班级的考试名次，当孩子名次退步时，原因是多方面的，首先帮助他树立信心，然后一起帮助分析原因，而不要盲目地批评甚至打骂孩子。“望子成龙，望女成凤”是我们共同的心愿，但在高一更应注重孩子学习习惯的培养、学习方式的转变，让孩子快乐的成长进步，严格遵循教育教学规律。

近年来“劳动光荣”价值观受到挑战。一些人由此变得很浮躁，一直在寻求机会“搏一搏”，痴想哪天一觉醒来就变为富翁。“一夜暴富”确实存在，但概率极小。人活着不能“守株待兔”，而是要奋斗。从人类社会来说，不管什么制度，基础还是劳动创造世界。有了人们的体力脑力支出，才有财富产生的可能。至于非劳动收入只不过是人类剩余的价值的'分割而已。无论什么情况，无论哪个年月，我们都要坚信“劳动光荣”。

劳动创造了世界，劳动创造了人类，劳动创造了财富。尊重劳动就是尊重人本身。当今时代，强调尊重劳动应克服片面性，既重视创造性的复杂的智力劳动，又重视在平凡岗位上兢兢业业、默默奉献的劳动，使各种劳动有机统一于社会主义现代化建设事业中。

大家下午好！今天我们满怀喜悦地心情欢聚一堂，以特别的形式来庆祝 “五一”国际劳动节。此时此刻，我的心情和大家是一样的：高兴、快乐、幸福，喜悦之情溢于言表。我们之所以举行如此隆重的庆祝活动，主要目的是：通过此次活动为大家搭建一个沟通、交流的平台，让大家借此机会能更进一步的增进沟通与交流、增进理解、增进友谊，是大家的感情更加进一步，关系更加密切、和谐、融洽，更进一步增强我么团队的凝聚力和向心力，同时让大家在紧张的工作之余放松心情，也让大家开开心心过一个祥和而有意义的“五一”节。借此机会，首先请允许我代表幼儿园全体老师向大家致以节日的问候，同时对乌牛一幼全体教职工多年来的辛勤劳动和工作表示我最亲切的问候和崇高的敬意，对一如既往关心、支持一幼发展的各位家长表示衷心的感谢！

我们幼儿园大多都是女同志，女同志天生是弱者，但我们在座的老师们却是意志的强者，是时代的楷模，是爱的播种者，我们用自己柔弱的肩膀撑起旬阳幼教一片蓝天，用自己的青春谱写了一曲曲振兴一幼、气势磅礴的时代旋律。全体一幼人为一幼的发展出了力、流了汗、争了气，添了光，在每一个人身上都留下了一幼发展的足迹，在每一个人身上看到了一幼今后发展的希望。作为园长的我，今天，站在这里，看着在座的像一家人一样的兄弟姐妹，有散不尽的自豪，道不尽的绵绵深情。回想着大家平时在工作中所付出的点点滴滴，我发自内心的想说一声谢谢，谢谢大家为一幼的发展所付出的一切，谢谢大家多年来多我工作的支持和包容，同时我更感到肩上责任的重大。为了办好这个幼儿园，我们大家共同努力着、追求着、学习着，奋斗着，不断地吸取先进幼教理念和方法，洞察幼教发展的脉搏，在工作实践中不断积累总结，逐渐形成了具有自己特色的办园方式和幼儿园文化氛围。

生命因劳动而芬芳，生活因忙碌而精彩，工作因奉献而光荣。老师们，兄弟姐妹们，工作和生活的路在我们每个人面前展开着，希望我们在今后的成长道路上，把工作当着自己一生事业来追求，快乐的去工作，在工作中去寻找乐趣，在工作中享受成就的喜悦，在喜悦中享受一个个荣誉，让我们用毅力战胜各种困难，用努力来面对工作，用崇高来对待事业，用坚强来面对人生，用微笑来面对生活。时代在前进，家长在期待，孩子在渴望，让我们在今后漫长的人生道路上，在漫长的工作和生活中，用自己的言行来证明一切吧。

那么我们到底应该从小养成哪些爱劳动的好习惯呢？老师希望小朋友们自己能做的事情自己做，自己不会做的事情学着做，使自己成为劳动的小能手。在家里，不要当 “小皇帝”、“小公主”，要学会铺床、叠被、扫地等；在幼儿园，要当好值日生，积极参加劳动，爱护校园墙壁卫生，主动捡起地面上的垃圾等。
