在这3类人中，常让我在心里不自觉地拿来做比较的，是穿练功服的晨练者与穿黄马甲的环卫工人。

在我看来，这众多起早晨练的人当中，几乎都是温饱有余者。他们唯一需要的，就是健康与平安。因此那一身宽大柔软的绵绸灯笼装，与似是而非的无名太极拳，便成了他们消耗多余营养的一种形式。而那些身穿橘黄色马甲的环卫工人们，则没有如此烦恼。因为他们身上，几乎是没有多余的营养。一年四季中，他们之所以一大早就准时出现在大街之上，大多是为了生计；甚至他们的一生，比这些穿练功服的人所付出的努力还要多。

而之所以境况又是如此的不同，也许只是缘于二者之间努力的方向与起步的高度，及其人生的际遇不一样罢了。

这些无需为生计担忧者，他们也许是缘于幼年勤学，也许是来自少壮努力，也许是得益于家庭背景抑或某种机遇。但我从那些黄马甲身上看到的并不是怨天尤人，而是一种踏实和满足，因为，从他们那一招一式的洒扫动作中，除了一种令人欣慰的健康之外，更多的则是一种坚强的品格与坦然的情怀：他们不屈于生活重担的压力、不惧于世俗眼光的歧视、更不计较劳与酬的不成比例……

运动有益于人的健康，但健康同样也少不了良好的心态。

因此撂笔之前，我衷心地祝愿穿练功服的与穿黄马甲的，以及世上一切的好人们，都能活在心地坦荡与健康平安之中。

前天，我到小区的花园对面去学英语。

当我站在门口时，看到那么多人到这来学，我不免有些害怕。去走进去，看见依君乐(音)旁边有个空位，就挤着坐下来。虽然旁边是我的好朋友依君乐，但另一边却是个令人作呕的男孩子。可能是老师给他们安排的座位，我没有经过老师的同意，就坐了下去。于是，他开始对我指指点点。我感到非常气愤!

终于开始上课了。当徐老师拉下卷闸门时，我开始不安地摇晃椅子，因为那男孩还在喋喋不休地说什么我可以随时回家啦什么什么的。我真想马上离开，但即使可以也不能了，因为卷闸门被拉上了!真可怕!

徐老师告诉我们，她的英文称呼叫“咪丝徐”。徐老师又让我们用英文跟她问好。有的同学说“哈罗，咪丝徐”，有的同学说“古德猫呢，咪丝徐”。不过徐老师说下午不适合说早上好，比如早上你刚起床，就听见妈妈在对你“古德依为泥”了。徐老师先教我们猴子的英文称呼“芒克”，昵称是“芒切”。我觉得很有意思，因为中文里猴子都没有昵称呢，英文就有了，有趣!

现在我觉得好多了!刚才我就像一条被扔在沙滩上的小鱼，但现在我像在高空飞翔的海鸟(画一只飞翔的小鸟)。

徐老师又教我们熊猫的英文称呼“盼的”，昵称“盼弟”。我们还演了英语书上的对话呢!然后，徐老师又让我们唱英语书上的英文儿歌，真是好听极了!接着，徐老师又教我们狗的英文称呼“到格”，昵称“到飞”和猫的英文称呼“凯特”，昵称“凯蒂”。

我学到的东西好多啊!
